Doris Dressler is an authorized Canine Life and Social Skills instructor.  This new A.K.C. program teaches real-life skills to client and kennel dogs and awards canine graduates with B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees.

Canine Good Citizenship program 

and Intro to Therapy Dog Work

As an approved evaluator, Doris Dressler also offers the A.K.C.'s Community Canine classes.   This is the third and most advanced level of the Canine Good Citizen Program; dogs can earn their CGCA (Advanced CGC) title.

As an approved Canine Good Citizen evaluator, Doris Dressler offers S.T.A.R. Puppy Program classes.  These A.K.C. designed classes give your puppy the opportunity to socialize with other puppies off-leash, and gets you started on teaching your dog good house manners and basic obedience cues.

Other services offered

Doris Dressler is an approved evaluator of the A.K.C.'s Canine Good Citizen (CGC) program.   CGC group classes are available (see the Services, Group Classes page).   A private lesson can also be scheduled to review CGC skills and to take the test.  The CGC is a prerequisite for many therapy dog groups.

PETSAFE is known for their Easy Walk Harnesses, Gentle Leaders and Martingale collars.
 

Luvk9s is also an approved evaluator for the A.K.C.'s new Trick Dog program.  Start your dog off by earning his Novice Trick Dog (TNK) title and work your way up to the Trick Dog Performer (TKP) title!
